1. Service Agreement

By submitting an inquiry or booking a service, you agree to provide accurate information. A booking is only “secured” once a formal contract is signed and a retainer is paid.

2. Payments & Retainers

• Retainers: All retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable, as they secure a specific date on our artist’s calendar.
• Balances: Final balances are typically due 30 days prior to the event date unless otherwise specified in your individual contract.

3. On–Location Requirements

The client is responsible for providing a safe working environment, including adequate lighting and access to electrical outlets. The Bella Agency is not liable for delays caused by inadequate setup space or environmental factors beyond our control.

4. Professional Discretion

Our artists reserve the right to refuse service if they encounter health or safety concerns (e.g., contagious skin conditions). Each artist retains creative discretion over the techniques and products used to achieve your desired look.

5. Photo & Video Release

Unless otherwise requested in writing, you grant The Bella Agency permission to use photos or videos taken during your service for portfolio and social media purposes.
